Your first visit, explained before you walk in.
No mystery, no hard sell. You will know what to expect, what it costs, and what happens next — before you book.
What happens at your first appointment
Plan for about 45 minutes. Most people leave with less pain than they arrived with.
- Step 01 · 10 min
Intake & conversation
We ask about your pain, your history, your work, and what you want to get back to doing. This is the most important part of the visit — bring your questions.
- Step 02 · 20 min
Examination & diagnosis
A focused orthopedic, neurological, and movement exam. We explain what we find in plain English and tell you whether chiropractic care is the right tool for it.
- Step 03 · 15 min
Your first treatment
In most cases we treat on the same day — gentle adjustments and soft-tissue work aimed straight at the cause we just identified.
- Step 04 · 5 min
A plan with an end date
You leave knowing the expected number of visits, what progress looks like, your cost, and the simple things to do at home between now and then.

How to make your first visit easier
