Conditions

If it hurts to move, we can probably help.

These are the problems we see most often. If yours is not listed, book a first visit anyway — a proper exam will tell us both what is going on.

Low back pain

The most common reason people walk through our door. Whether it came on suddenly after lifting something or crept in over months, we look for the joint, disc, or muscle pattern driving it.

How we help

Adjustments, soft-tissue release, and core and hip strengthening to protect your back long term.

Neck pain & stiffness

Tension from screens, poor sleep positions, and stress accumulates in the neck and shoulders. We restore motion to the joints and calm the muscles around them.

How we help

Gentle cervical adjustments, trigger point work, and desk and pillow setup advice.

Sciatica & leg pain

Shooting pain, numbness, or tingling down the leg usually points to a nerve being compressed. We identify where and reduce the pressure causing it.

How we help

Spinal decompression, directional exercise, and nerve-glide rehab to settle symptoms.

Headaches & migraines

Many recurring headaches start in the neck. If your pain builds from the base of the skull or you clench and carry tension there, the neck is worth treating.

How we help

Upper-neck adjustments, jaw and shoulder release, and stress-related habit coaching.

Sports & overuse injuries

Runners, lifters, cyclists, and weekend warriors. We treat the injury and rebuild the mechanics that let it happen in the first place.

How we help

Adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, and sport-specific strength and mobility work.

Pregnancy-related back pain

As your center of gravity shifts, the low back and hips take the strain. Safe, position-adjusted care can make the third trimester far more comfortable.

How we help

Pregnancy-specific adjustments, pelvic support guidance, and gentle stretching.

Desk & posture pain

Long hours at a laptop tighten the hips, round the shoulders, and strain the neck. Small corrections add up to a big difference in how you feel by Friday.

How we help

Postural adjustments, mobility drills, and a workstation setup you will actually keep.

Whiplash & auto injuries

After a collision, symptoms can show up days later. Early assessment and treatment help you recover faster and reduce the chance of long-term pain.

How we help

Gentle motion restoration, soft-tissue care, and a graded return to normal activity.

Before you book

Some symptoms need urgent medical care, not an adjustment.

Chiropractic care is safe and effective for most musculoskeletal pain, but certain warning signs mean you should see a doctor or emergency department first. We screen for these at every first visit and will refer you immediately if needed.

  • Chest pain or shortness of breath
  • Loss of bladder or bowel control
  • Rapidly worsening weakness or numbness
  • Unexplained fever, chills, or weight loss
  • Pain after a significant fall or accident
